The effects of intraparticle mass transfer parameters on the separation region of simula-ted moving bed ( SMB ) are investigated in this work .To simplify the numerical calculations , a modified equilibrium dispersive model which is equivalent to the General Rate model is used in this work .The obtained results show the significant influence of the intraparticle effective diffusivi -ty on the SMB process , which indicates the necessity of considering the effects of intraparticle mass transfer processes for the chemical engineers who design the operating conditions of SMB . The intraparticle effective diffusivity affects the two sides of separation region of SMB in different styles and the results are explained according to the results in C1-C2 space of binary mixture sep-arated in single column .%就孔内传质参数对模拟移动床( SMB)可分离区间的影响情况进行了研究。文中应用了与General Rate模型等效的修正平衡扩散模型,从而使数值计算过程得到简化。计算结果表明孔内有效扩散对SMB分离过程有显著影响,因此在设计SMB操作条件时应充分考虑孔内传质过程影响。研究结果还表明孔内有效扩散对SMB可分离区间的两条边产生不同影响,而这一影响机理也借助单个色谱柱双组分分离在C1-C2空间图中的浓度分布给予了说明。
