甘南黄河重要水源补给生态功能区退耕还林措施分析

摘要

Results were obtained on returning farmland to Forest in Gannan Yellow River Water Supply Ecological Function Area. Effective curb were achieved on Gannan ecological environment, the function of forest keeping water and soil, conserving water, adjusting climate, protecting farm were streghthened, ecological efficiency were obvious, which fulfilled basic guarantee on maintaining country ecological safety, promoting sustainable growing of economy and society. Animal husbandry, industry and trade are developing healthily, people's living standard improves, and forestry plays a key role in boosting economic and so- cial development and driving economy in the Autonomous Prefecture.%甘南黄河重要水源补给生态功能区退耕还林措施取得到了一定的成效。甘南生态环境不断恶化的趋势得到了有效遏止,森林保持水土、涵养水源、调节气候、保护牧场的功能开始逐步加强,生态效益更趋于明显,充分发挥了维系国家生态安全、推动经济社会可持续发展的基础保障作用。甘南牧工商业持续健康发展,人民群生活水平得到了较大改善和提高,林业在促进自治州经济社会协调发展、拉动经济增长中的作用和地位进一步得到巩固和加强。
