基于狱情导向的安全防范模式建设——以安徽监狱为例

Comprehensive control of the prison situation is the starting point and foundation to keep the prison safe and stable. At present, our country is still in the period when the people's internal contradictions and crimi- nal crimes still occur frequently, which would have a strong influence on the safety and stability of prison. Due to the dynamic prison situation, the prevention work should give timely and effective response to the changes so as to realize the prison's security and stability. Taking Anhui province as an example, this paper hereby probes into perfecting and innovating the prison's prevention mode of security.%全面掌控狱情，是做好监狱安全稳定工作的起点和基础。当前，我国仍处于人民内部矛盾凸显、刑事犯罪高发、对敌斗争复杂的时期，影响监狱安全稳定的因素逐渐增多。狱情动态呈现出多变性、复杂性的特点，监狱安全防范工作应当对狱情变化作出及时有效的反应，以实现监狱的持续安全稳定。本文以安徽为例，探讨在应对狱情变化中完善和创新安全防范模式的路径和方法。
