构建现代产业发展新体系研究

摘要

构建现代产业发展新体系是适应全球产业格局变动的需要，也是适应国内经济发展新常态的需要，更是适应产业演进规律的需要。按照中央关于构建现代产业发展新体系的要求，当前，应科学选择优先发展产业的标准，培育新的产业增长点；深入实施“互联网＋”行动计划，升级传统产业；优化产业推进机制，提高现代产业体系构建效率。并且，要增强技术、智力和资本等要素的支撑作用。%There are three objectives for thd building of new system for modern industrial develop-ment.The first purpose is to meet the needs of the global industrial structure changes.The second pur-pose is to meet the needs the new normal of the domestic economic development.The third purpose is to meet the needs of the industry evolution rule.According to the requirements of building new system for modern industrial development, now we should make efforts form the following four aspects.First, we should choose the standards of the prioritydevelopment industry to foster new growth points.Second,we should implement the“Internet +”action plan to upgrade traditional industries.Third,we should im-prove the efficiency of the modern industrial system by optimizing the mechanism or the industry. Fourth,we should strengthen the supporting role of the elements such as technology,interlligence,and capital.
