微波水分仪在马钢煤调湿技术中的应用

马钢煤调湿技术中，应用微波水分仪实时提供的水分数据，可以及时掌握配合煤水分含量，达到有效控制干燥后配合煤的水分目的，并为提高焦炉产量、节能减排、强化焦炉热工管理和改善煤气回收率提供依据。%In the process of MCC,by the application of microwave moisture system realized mois-ture date real-time monitoring ,coal moisture content prompt understanding, that achieved coal mois-ture content effective control.And provide some basis for improving coke production, energy conserva-tion and emissions reduction, strengthening the management of thermal technics and improving the gas recovery rate.
