高校志愿者快速适应岗位方法研究--以南京工程学院青奥会培训为例

摘要

以南京工程学院组织青奥会志愿者培训为例，结合社会实践与理论，探究高校志愿者快速适应岗位方法，为高校大学生就业后适应岗位提供一定的可行性参考意见。%The college students are a relatively active group in the society and the trend of the so-cialization of volunteers is increasingly obvious.This article takes the volunteers training organized by Nanjing Institute of Technology for The Youth Olympic Games for example, combining theory with practice and exploring the methods for college volunteers to quickly adapt to the position of jobs, thus we can provide feasible comments for college students when they adapt to positions.
