基于TTS的中英文语音软件设计与实现

摘要

Based on the representative technique of speech synthesis TTS, a Chinese and English speech program under VB has been compiled by using the Microsoft Speech SDK and the TTS engine. The transformation from text to speech has been realized, and the text documents can also be saved as speech files.%本文提出了一种基于TTS语音合成技术，利用Microsoft Speech SDK语音开发包、TTS引擎，采用VB平台开发了一个中英文语音软件，实现了从文本文件到语音并能把文本文件保存为语音文件的功能。
