基于MF/HF DSC典型呼叫序列的呼叫测试有效性分析

MF/HF DSC call test is an important project in PSC ins pection. In recent years the cases of ship detention have frequently occurred due to seamen’s improper operation during PSC inspection. This paper analyzes the availability of call test based on MF/HF DSC call sequence, and puts forward relevant suggestions on how to make call test successfully.%MF/HF DSC呼叫测试为PSC检查中重要的项目，近年来在PSC检查中由于船员操作不当导致的船舶滞留现象多次出现，本文从MF/HF DSC呼叫序列出发分析了呼叫测试的有效性，并对如何成功进行呼叫测试提出了相应的建议。
