农科大学生服务“三农”职业理想的分层及途径探析

摘要

文章从农科大学生服务“三农”职业理想的概念出发，提出农科大学生服务“三农”职业理想的层次，并结合职业理想的分层深入分析农科大学生服务“三农”职业理想形成的动因，并对农科大学生服务“三农”职业理想形成的途径和方法进行探讨。%Beginning with analyzing the definition of occupational expectations of college students, studying agri-culture and serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the paper presents different occupational expectations of these college students. Additionally, it deeply analyses reasons of forming the occupational expectations and presents the approaches to forming these expectations.
