高校师德建设的长效机制

摘要

Teacher’s morality is the soul of teacher’s quality,and creating high quality university teachers ranks needs to pay attention to and strengthen the construction of university teacher’s morality. Aiming at the problems in the construction of university teacherˊs morality,with the objective to analyze the causes of problems,from the perspective of the establishment of a sound long-term mechanism,this article puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of strengthening the construction of university teacherˊs morality,which has important prac-tical significance for improving the quality of higher education and doing a good job in people ’s satisfaction of higher education and carrying forward the core socialist values.%师德是教师素质的灵魂，造就高素质的高校教师队伍需要重视和加强高校教师师德建设。针对当前高校师德建设存在的问题，客观分析问题产生的原因，从建立健全长效机制的角度，提出加强高校师德建设的对策，对提高高等教育质量、办好人民满意的高等教育、弘扬社会主义核心价值观具有重要的现实意义。
