以羟基磷酸钙结晶方式回收废水中磷的试验研究

         

摘要

In order to study the crystallization of reaction conditions on the recovery of phosphorus in crystallization,taking the simulated phosphorus wastewater for the research object, orthogonal test was used to study the relationship between four control factors influencing crystallized phosphorus removal. The paper studied the effects of several familiar ions in phosphorus waste water to the crystallization of phosphorus removal by single-factor test. The results show that the greatest impact is the initial concentration of phosphorus, pH, followed by, Ca/P molar ratio, seeds dosage with minimal impact. The effects of Mg2+ ,Fe3+ and Zn2+ on the crystallization of phosphorus removal are very weak,In addition,the alkalinity of the crystalline phosphorus play a significant inhibition.%为研究结晶反应条件对结晶法回收磷的影响,以模拟含磷废水为研究对象,采用正交试验法研究了影响结晶除磷的4种控制因素之间的关系,并通过单因素试验研究了含磷废水中几种常见离子对结晶除磷的影响.研究结果表明,控制因素对结晶除磷的影响大小依次为磷初始质量浓度,pH,Ca/P摩尔比,晶种投加量;Mg2+、Fe3+和Zn2+对结晶除磷的影响非常微弱;此外,碱度对结晶除磷起到明显的抑制作用.
