池州地区农业可持续发展系统的调控研究

摘要

池州地区是一个欠发达的农业地区，全区社会经济发展和“生态经济示范区”建设的成败在很大程度上取决于农业发展.本文从可持续发展角度，剖析了池州地区农业发展面临的主要问题和存在的主要制约因素.并运用系统分析方法提出池州地区农业可持续发展系统调控措施——改善自然环境支撑系统、提高社会保障能力、优化农业经济结构.%Chizhou Prefecture is one of the under developed agriculturalareas in Anhui Province . Its social, economic development and the success or failure of constructing "Ecological Economy Model Area" both, to a large extent, hinge on its agricultural development . In the light of the sustainable development, this paper attempts to analyse the major problems concerning Chizhou’s sustainable development of agriculture ,and some conditioning factors related. By way of systematic analysis, the paper points out that systematic regulation on sustainable development of regional agriculture, can be implemented by improving its natural environment, heightening its social security, and optimizing its agricultural economic structure.
