社会因素选择剖宫产的原因分析

摘要

目的：探讨孕产妇因社会因素选择剖宫产的原因，为减少因社会因素选择剖宫产提供科学依据。方法：采用半结构式访谈，对68例因社会因素选择剖宫产的孕产妇根据访谈提纲进行有主题的个人访谈，运用类属分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果：对于社会因素选择剖宫产的原因访谈结果归纳出5个方面。①对自然分娩的恐惧；②对剖宫产的信赖；③信息来源途径的影响；④对自主选择权的渴望；⑤其它。结论：孕产妇对减轻分娩痛苦的需求、对分娩方式认识上的不足以及不够科学的信息来源途径是其选择剖宫产的主要原因。应通过改进围产期服务模式和实施产科适宜技术，降低不必要的剖宫产。%Objective:To describe the reasons for pregnant women choosing cesarean section with social factors,to provide scientific advice for pregnant women choosing cesarean section with social factors. Methods:And a se-mi-structured interviews were applied to 68 cases who selected cesarean section because of social factors. The whole interviewing process is fully recorded and analyzed with generic analysis. Results:The results include five themes:be-ing afraid of labor,trusting the cesarean section,the way of getting knowledge and longing for choice and others. Conclusion:The main reasons for pregnant women choosing cesarean section include the need for decreasing the pain of labor,the inaccurate opinions about the labor and cesarean section and not enough scientific sources of information channels. To improve the quality of maternal health care and obstetric practices that may be widely used with vaginal birth will reduce unnecessary cesaran section.
