新医改形势下县级医院服务能力建设的实践和探索——以宁国市人民医院为例

县级医院作为农村三级卫生服务网络的核心和枢纽,担负着当地70%居民的基本医疗和公共卫生服务,随着医改的全面推进,提高县级医院的服务能力也就成为改革的重要环节.该文以某县级医院的实践和探索为例,对县级公立医院服务能力建设进行探讨.%As pivot and focus of 3rd level public health network within County Public health hospital, it shoulders 70%basic medi-care and public health service. With the deepening of medical reform, elevation of service capabilities of county level hospitals has become an important element in reform. This paper, on the basis of practice and exploration of a county-level hospital, discusses into the service capabilities construction of county level public hospitals.
