依据国家电网公司风险管理及“三集五大”体系建设的要求,提出适合安徽城郊电网特点的营销安全风险识别和评估模型。首先针对安徽城郊电网内部和外部因素引发的营销管理和服务风险,建立风险清单。然后按照风险发生的可能性和风险影响程度两个维度,使用科学的评分规则,对风险清单进行评估,最后形成风险矩阵。%Based on the requirement of risk management and the ″three intensive management and five large scale″ system construction in State Grid Corporation of China, the model is advanced, which includes power grid marketing security risk identification and assessment in Anhui suburb. First, the risk list is created, which includes marketing management and service risk caused by internal and external environment. And then, the risk list is assessed, through two dimensions of the possibility and influence of risk, using scientific assessment rule. Finally, the risk matrix is established based on the risk assess-ment result.
