[Objective] The purpose was to research the cultivation conditions of Pleurotus tuber Regium, and improve the yield and quality of P.tuber Regium. [Method] With P.tuber Regium No 1 as tested variety, the cultivation tests were performed by closing bag mouth tightly with cotton plug and cotton plug+3-layer of newspaper resp. to study the effects of different permeability on protein nutritional level in the scleratium of P.tuber Regium. [Result] The contents of necessary amino acid and isoleucine in the scleratium of P.tuber Regium with cotton plug as sealing material were higher 13.94%, 21.73%, 72.86%, 52.86%, 425.75% and 767.5% resp. than that of egg white and standard protein in sclerotium of P.tuber Regium with cotton plug+3-layer of newspaper as seal material. The chemical score (CS), amino acid score (AAS), essential amino acid index (EAAI), biological value (BV) and nutritional index (NI) of protein in the sclerotium of P.tuber Regium with cotton plug+3-layer of newspaper as seal material were 16.06, 20, 79.91, 75.4 and 9.86 resp., higher 39.25%, 22.25%, 9.91 %, 11.7% and 10.29% resp. than that of ones with cotton plug as sealing material. [Conclusion] The cultivation pattern of sclerotium of P.tuber Regium with cotton plug+3-layer of newspaper as seal material was worth popularizing.%[目的]研究虎奶菇的栽培条件,以提高栽培虎奶菇的产质量.[方法]以虎奶菇1号为供试品种,分别用棉花塞和棉花塞+3层报纸密封袋口进行栽培试验以研究不同透气性对虎奶菇菌核中蛋白质营养水平的影响.[结果]以棉花塞作密封材料的虎奶菇菌核中蛋白质的必需氨基酸和异亮氨酸含量分别比以棉花塞+3层报纸作密封材料、鸡蛋白、标准蛋白的高13.94%、21.73%、72.86%和52.86%、425.75%、767.5%.以棉花塞+3层报纸作密封材料的虎奶菇菌核蛋白质的化学评分、氨基酸评分、必需氨基酸指数、生物价和营养指数分别为16.06、20、79.91、75.4和9.86,分别比以棉花塞作密封材料的高39.25%、22.25%、9.91%、11.7%和10.29%.[结论]以棉花塞+3层报纸作密封材料虎奶菇菌核栽培方式值得推广.
