基于复杂网络的农作物细菌性病害传播模型初探

         

摘要

Based on Complex Network, the restricted spreading model of bacterial plant disease was established, and the effects of the parameters of the model were discussed based on simulation tests. Based on numerical simulation, the changes of network topology strategy and the effect of the changes of network topology strategy on bacterial plant disease control were studied. The results showed that when improved prevention rate of nodes and decreased bacterial spread rate, the spread velocity of bacteria in network would decrease obviously, moreover, the overall efficiency of bacterial spreading rate control was better than the prevention rate improvement of nodes.%在复杂网络的基础上,建立了农作物细菌性病害的受限传播模型,并通过数值模拟研究了改变网络拓扑结构策略以及改变网络拓扑结构对农作物细菌性病害传播控制的影响.结果显示,当提高模型中节点防治率或降低细菌传播率时,细菌在网络中的传播速度均明显下降,且控制细菌传播率的总体效果较提高节点防治率的效果要好的多.
