农业培训需求优先序研究——以福建省茶农为例

摘要

以福建省487户茶农为研究对象,应用Borich模型对农民茶叶生产经营技能培训需求的优先序进行评估.研究表明,茶农对获取茶叶销售渠道、交易合同的订立、分析茶叶市场供需及价格波动、收集茶叶市场价格信息和收集茶叶生产资料价格信息等技能培训具有很高的需求.为此,相关培训供给主体应把握茶农需求,并进行动态需求评估,改进培训内容,以更好地服务于茶农.%Taking 487 tea farmers in Fujian Province as research objects, Borich Model was employed to assess the training needs priority for farmers' agricultural production and operation skills. The results indicated that farmers have a higher demand on the skills of how to acquire tea sales channel,make trading contract,analyze supply and demand and price fluctuations in tea market,collect information about market price and material price of tea. Therefore,training program providers should consider farmers' needs,develop dynamic needs assessment and improve training contents to serve farmers better.
