川渝库存烟叶多酚类物质的描述统计及变化趋势分析

         

摘要

[Objective ] The study aimed to systematically analyze and estimate the quality of flue-cured tobacco stored in Chuanyu Tobacco Corporation. [ Method ] Poyphnol components of 703 samples of flue-cured tobacco stored in Chuanyu Tobacco Corporation from 2000 to 2006 from different areas and different positions were detected, and the data was analyzed by descriptive statistics. Variation tendency of poyphnol had also been analyzed. [ Result] The content variation of chlorogenic acid and rutin was the least among the lower leaf of tobacco growing in the middle-upper reaches of the Yangtze River and Huang-Huai areas, with the variation coefficients being 13.26% and 8.84% respectively, but that was the most among the upper leaf from tobacco growing in Huang-Huai areas, with the variation coefficients being 27. 26% and 39.14% respectively. The content variation of scopletin was bigger among the lower leaf growing in the Huang-Huai areas, with the variation coefficient being 46.05%. Poyphnol of lower and middle leaf growing in north and Huang-Huai areas gradually reduced year by year, but that of upper and middle leaf growing in Southeast, Southwest and the middle-upper reaches of the Yangtze River areas fluctuated among different years. Poyphnol of tobacco leaf in 2002, 2005 and 2006 was higher than that in 2003 and 2004. [ Conclusion] The research provides theoreti cal basis for studies on cigarette formula and processing storage.%[目的]系统分析评价川渝中烟公司库存烟叶的质量状况.[方法]以川渝中烟公司库存的不同产地、年份、等级的703份烤烟原料为材料,检测分析了其多酚类物质含量,并对川渝库存烟叶多酚类物质进行了描述统计及变化趋势分析.[结果]酚类物质中绿原酸和芸香苷含量波动最小的分别是黄淮区和长江中上游区的下部烟叶,变异系数分别为13.26%和8.84%;黄淮区上部叶绿原酸和芸香苷含量波动最大,变异系数分别达27.26%和39.14%;莨菪亭含量波动最大的是黄淮区的下部叶,变异系数达46.05%.北方及黄淮烟区川渝烟叶以中、下部烟叶为主,其多酚物质含量逐年降低,而西南、东南及长江中上游烟草种植区的川渝烟叶以中、上部为主,其多酚物质含量波动明显,2002、2005、2006年烟叶的多酚含量普遍高于2003、2004年烟叶.[结论]为卷烟配方、加工储藏等研究提供了理论依据.
