基于A/O-MBR的再生水规模化处理技术与应用研究

     

摘要

以MBR工艺为核心,结合天津某经济区污水厂MBR示范工程,进行城市再生水规模化处理技术与应用研究.结果表明,系统出水各项指标满足城市污水处理厂污染物排放标准( GB/TI8918-2002)规定中一级A标准和城市污水再生利用-城市杂用水水质标准( GB/T18920-2002),可以作为城市杂用及景观环境用水,且具有经济可行性.膜组件+导流筒的组合设计使得膜污染周期长,通过红外谱图分析,得到膜表面的主要污染物质为胞外聚合物.%The study was about the treatment technology and application of large-scale urban reclaimed water with the core of A/O-MBR process, and the study combined with a demonstration project of MBR waste water treatment in an Economic Zone of Tianjin. The results show that the indicators of the effluent meet the grade A standard of the Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Emission Standards (GB/T18918-2002) and the reuse of Urban Recycling Water - Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous of city and landscape water, and economically feasible. The long cycle of membrane fouling was made by the combined design of membrane + draft tube, the main pollutants of membrane surface was extracellular polymeric substance (EPS), which was obtained based on infrared spectrum analysis.
