HPLC-ELSD测定心通口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量

摘要

[Objective] To establish an method for determining the content of astragloside Ⅳ in Xintongkoufuye. [Method] The astragloside Ⅳ was extracted by ultrasonic method and detected by HPLC-ELSD. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(35:65). [Result] Astragloside Ⅳ showed good linear relationship in the range of 4.06 - 8. 12 μg, and the average recovery of astragloside Ⅳ was 97.12% , RSD = 1.54%. [Conclusion] The method was simple and accurate, and it was applicable for the astragloside Ⅳ content determination and the quality control of Xintongkoufuye.%[目的]建立心通口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的测定方法.[方法]采用超声提取方法,利用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPIC-ELSD)检测.流动相:乙腈-水(35:65).[结果]黄芪甲苷在4.06 ～8.12 μg范围内呈线性,平均回收率为97.12％,RSD为1.54％.[结论]该方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定及质量控制.
