叶黄素强化食用油缓解视疲劳效果研究

         

摘要

[目的]研究叶黄素强化食用油对视疲劳的缓解效果.[方法]将叶黄素单体添加入食用油中制成叶黄素强化食用油,将50只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组及叶黄素高、中、低剂量组,定期测定各组大鼠体重及血糖值,试验结束后测定各组大鼠晶状体生化指标.[结果]与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血糖明显升高(P<0.01),而体重及SOD、CAT、GSH、GR活性分别降低了21.4%、43.2%、44.1%、36.0%和18.0%,MDA含量升高了73.4%,GSH含量减少了29.7%;较之模型组,高、中、低剂量叶黄素组大鼠血糖无明显改变,体重有所增加,SOD活性分别提高了40.3%、33.9%和9.7%,CAT活性分别提高了56.4%、45.1%和8.8%,GSH-PX活性分别提高了34.0%、10.6%和1.4%,GR活性分别提高了11.1%、4.2%和3.2%,MDA含量分别降低了23.9%、14.9%和7.6%,GSH含量分别增加了20.8%、17.3%和4.7%.[结论]叶黄素强化食用油能够有效提高眼晶体的总抗氧化能力,对视疲劳具有缓解作用.%[Objective] The paper aimed to study the relieving effect of lutein-enriching oil on asthenopia. [ Method ] Lutein monomer was added into edible oil to make lutein-enriching oil. 50 SD rats were distributed to five groups randomly,including normal control group,model group and high,medium,low dose groups of lutein. Body weight,blood sugar,maleie dialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and catalase( CAT) activity in the lens were measured. After the experiment,biochemical indicators of rats' lentil of each group were measured. [ Result] In comparison with normal control group,the blood sugar in the model group raised significantly(P<0.01) .however the body weight,SOD activity and CAT activity decreased by 21.4% ,43.2% and 44. 1% ,MDA content increased by 73.4%. Compared with the model group,the , blood sugar in the high,middle and low dose groups of lutein changed solely,the body weight increased slightly,and the activity of SOD raised by the rate of 40.3% ,33.9% and 9.7%,the activity of CAT raised by the rate of 56.4% ,45.1% and 8.8% ,the activity of GSH-PX raised by the rate of 34.0% , 10.6% and 1.4%, the content of the activity of GR raised by (he rate of 11.1 % ,4.2% and 3.23% , MDA decreased by the rate of 23.9% ,14.9% and 7.6% ,GSH raised by the rate of 20. 8% , 17. 3% and 4.7%. [ Conclusion] Enrichment of the edible oil with lutein is an effective measure to increase the total anti-oxidation capacity of the lens and relieve the asthenopia.
