太湖东部地区利用太湖规划建设备用水库实践Ⅱ——以东太湖吴江应急备用水库建设为例

Taking the case of spare reservoir in Eastern Taihu Lake, Wujiang, by using digital model as technical suppl, the impsct of spare reservoir consutruction flood control was quantified, and the corresponding measurements were proposed. Also, the joint operation in the period of normal condition, flooding and emergency were discussed respectively, and the management measures baaed on the water quality maintenance were posed.%以建立在东太湖的吴江应急备用水库为实例,通过数模手段模拟并计算了建设备用水库对防洪的影响,提出了备用水库对防洪的影响减免措施,同时论证了在非应急时期、洪水期及应急时期的联合调度方案以及基于水质维护的联合调度过程中的工作管理措施.
