中药栀子总环烯醚萜苷的含量测定

摘要

[Objective] To establish the determining method for total iridoid glycoside in FRUCTUS GARDENIAE. [ Method] Content of total iridoid glycoside was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 238 run with methanol as blank. [Result] In the range of 7.82 - 31.30 u,g/ml, geniposide showed a good linear relationship (r =0.999 7) with mean recovery rate of 109.20% and RSD value of 4.73% ( n = 5 ). FRUCTUS GARDENIAE sampled from Jiangxi Province was highest in total iridoid glycoside. [ Conclusion] Simple in operation and good in repeatability, the method established in this work could be used to the quality control of FRUCTUS GARDENIAE.%[目的]建立栀子药材中栀子总环烯醚萜苷含量的测定方法.[方法]采用紫外分光先度法,以甲醇为空白,在波长238 nm处测定栀子总环烯醚萜苷含量.[结果]栀子苷在7.82～31.30 μg/ml范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为109.20％,RSD值为4.73％(n=5).江西产药材中栀子总环烯醚萜苷含量最高.[结论]该法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为栀子的质量控制方法.
