[Objective] The aim was to study the preparation of Silicon-K fertilizer by using Silicon-K fertilizer. [ Method ] With calcinationmethods, the effects of material ratio,calcination temperature, reaction time and addition level of Na2SO4 on the potassium recovery of K-feld-spar were systemieally studied. [ Result ] The results show that the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows K-feldspar: CaS04:CaCO3= 1:1:14,3% NaSO4,l 050 ℃ , 2.0 h. [Conclusion] This sludy showed ihe feasible to manufacture Silicon-K fertilizer by calciningk-felrlspar.%[目的]研究热分解钾长石制取钾硅复合肥[方法]采用焙烧试验,研究物料配比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间和添加剂硫酸钠对钾长石分解率的影响.[ 结果]钾长石-硫酸钙-碳酸钙体系最易发生的反应配比为钾长石∶硫酸钙∶碳酸钙=1∶1∶14,添加剂硫酸钠3%,温度1 050℃,焙烧2h.[结论]利用钾长石生产含钾硅复合肥在技术上是可行的.
