副鸡禽杆菌分子生物学研究进展

摘要

Avibacterium paragallinarum is the causative agent ot infectious coryza. The disease causes retarded growth of chickens and a reduction in egg production, and subsequently, serious economic losses to the poultry industry. With the development of the technique of the molecular biology, the identification、technique of typing, immune protective genes and antigens analysis of Avibacterium paragallinarum had already been made progresses. Relevant studies on Avibacterium paragallinarum in recent years were studied for future research.%副鸡禽杆菌是鸡传染性鼻炎的致病菌,主要引起鸡的生长发育受阻,产蛋量下降,给养鸡业带了相当大的经济损失.随着分子生物学技术的不断应用,副鸡禽杆菌的鉴定、分型技术、免疫保护相关基因和抗原分析等分子水平上的研究已取得了新的进展.综述了近年来有关副鸡禽杆菌的研究概况,为今后的相关研究提供参考.
