RP-HPLC法测定文殊兰不同部位中石蒜碱的含量

             

摘要

[目的]采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定文殊兰药材不同部位石蒜碱的含量.[方法]采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C(18)柱(5μm,250 mm ×4.6 mm),甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 3~4)-三乙胺(8:92:0.1)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长为290 mn的色谱条件测定文珠兰不同部位中石蒜碱的含量.[结果]石蒜碱进样浓度在0.0818~0.8180μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);石蒜碱平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.4%.[结论]文殊兰鳞茎中的石蒜碱含量最高,所建立的RP-HPLC简便、准确、重复性好,可作为文殊兰药材的质量控制方法.%[ Objective]The experiment aimed to study the tolerance of Red Globe grape and Centenial seedless grape to the sodium carbonate at different concentration. [ Method] The seedlings of Red Globe grape and Centenial seedless of cuttage were used as the experimental materials and the salt stress experiment was carried out under pot culture condition. [ Result] The results demonstrated that with the comparison, content of chlorophyll, membrane permeability and content of POD showed different degrees of changes. [ Conclusion]Centenial seedless showed strong tolerance to sodium carbonate and Red Globe showed weak tolerance to sodium carbonate.
