我国政府介入森林保险的必要性与模式选择

摘要

由于林业自身特点的限制,我国森林保险发展总体滞后,政府有必要承担起支持森林保险的责任.通过对我国目前森林保险存在的问题进行分析,从体制模式和产品模式两方面对政府介入其发展提出建议.%Due to the limitation of forest characters, the development of forestry insurance is laggard in China. It ' s necessary for the government to intervene into the forestry insurance. This paper analyzes the problems existing in China' s forestry insurance system, and then proposes some suggestions on system and product's models for the government' s intervention to the forestry insurance.
