低聚木糖对雏鸡生长性能·免疫功能及营养物质利用率的影响

摘要

[目的]探讨低聚木糖对雏鸡生长性能、免疫功能及营养物质利用率的影响,以确定较为合理的雏鸡添加量.[方法]以1日龄海兰褐蛋用雏鸡为试验对象,喂养添加不同水平(0.01%、0.02%和0.03%)的低聚木糖后测定其生长性能、免疫功能及营养物质利用率等各项指标.[结果]日粮中添加低聚木糖能够提高雏鸡的生长性能、免疫机能和营养物质利用率.[结论]日粮中添加0.02%低聚木糖的促进生长效最好.%[ Objective ] The aim was to study effects of xylooligosaccharide on growth performances, immune function and nutrient digestibility of chicks so as to screen out a relatively reasonable addition amount of xylooligosaccharide. [ Method ] I day-old chicks were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.01％ , 0.02％ and 0.03％ xylooligosaccharide, respectively, and then their growth performances, immune function and nutrient digestibility were determined. [ Result] Basal diet supplemented with xylooligosaccharide could improve the growth performances,immune function and nutrient digestibility of chicks. [ Conclusion] Basal diet supplemented with 0.02％ xylooligosaccharide has the best improvement effect.
