宁夏自然灾害综合分区与评价

             

摘要

By applying gray correlation analysis method, a quantitative model is built in this paper, using materials as affected area ( damaged area), affected population( dead and injured), casualty of livestock, collapsed houses (damaged houses), decrease of crops yield, economic loss( direct and indirect) and price index over the samme period of Ningxia natural disasters( drought, flood, gale and hail, frost, pest disasters and other disasters) during 1978 -2007. The natural disaster regions in Ningxia is divided into 4 disaster regions by taking country as the unit: light disaster region, samll disaster region, middle disaster region and serious disaster region. A comprehensive analysis and evaluation is given combining with the natural environment and soci - economic status of each region.%利用宁夏1978~2007年自然灾害(旱灾、洪涝灾害、风雹灾、霜冻灾害、病虫灾害及其他灾害)、受灾面积(成灾面积)、受灾人口(死伤人口)、牲畜伤亡、倒塌房屋(损坏房屋)、粮食减产、经济损失(直接损失和问接损失)及同期物价指数资料,采用灰色关联分析方法,建立定量化模型,在灾害等级划分的基础上,以县为单位将宁夏自然灾害分为轻灾害区、小灾害区、中灾害区、大灾害区等4个灾害等级区域,进一步分析了其区域差异特征,并结合不同区域的自然环境与社会经济状况进行了自然灾害的综合分析与评价.
