大豆子叶的愈伤组织诱导

摘要

[Objective] The aim was to establish the callus induction system of soybean leaf. [ Method] The effect of different varieties and concentrations of hormones on the leaf regeneration was studied by using the soybean cotyledon as explants. [ Result ] In the tested 4 medium treatments, the MS +6-BA 2 mg/L + NAA 0. 2 mg/L was the best medium for the soybean callus induction. [ Conclusion] It prepared the ground for the further industrial production of soybean.%[目的]建立大豆子叶的愈伤组织诱导体系.[方法]以大豆子叶作为外植体,研究不同激素种类及其浓度对叶片再生的影响.[结果]在试验所用的4种培养基处理中,以MS+ 6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA0.2 mg/L培养基的愈伤组织诱导效果最佳.[结论]为大豆的进一步工业化生产奠定了基础.
