高压消解-ICP-AES法同时测定进口复合肥主量成分含量的研究

     

摘要

[Obejective] A new method for the rapid and accurated determination of major elements in imported compound fertilizer was advanced and the major elements were measured. [Method] A new method for the determination of major elements including P,K in the imported compound fertilizer by ICP-AES was adopted. Sample pretreatment methods with acid dissolution and high pressure decomposition were contrasted. The instrument working conditions was chosen by the principle of best signal stability. Acidity effect and coexisting elements effect were discussed. [Result]This method has the advantages of speediness and simplicity,low testing limits,good accuracy,high recoveries rate,which can simultaneously measured multiple elements. [Conclusion] This method can meet the needs of port detection, and it has been used to practical tested work.%[目的]为了快速、准确测定进口复合肥中主成分元素含量,并为主成分的测量提出一种新型方法.[方法]提出了一种电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES),同时测定了进口复合肥中主量成分磷钾含量,比较了酸溶解与高压消解前处理方法,以稳定性为优化原则选择了仪器的工作条件,探讨了共存元素的影响和酸度效应.[结果]该方法具有快速简便、检出限低、良好准确度、高回收率、能同时测量多种元素的优点.[结论]该方法能满足口岸检测需要,已用于实际检测工作.
