桂花品种群生物学特性调查——以武汉生物工程学院为例

摘要

[目的]对武汉生物工程学院桂花品种群生物学特性进行调查.[方法]从叶形指数、花径、叶柄长度、1年生春梢长度及叶绿素含量等生物学特性方面,对武汉生物工程学院的4个桂花品种群进行了详细调查和分类研究.[结果]金桂、银桂、丹桂品种群的生物学特性比较接近,而与四季桂品种群的差异较大.[结论]金桂、银桂、丹桂3者的亲缘关系较近,而与四季桂的亲缘关系较远.%[ Objective ] The biological characteristics of Osmanthus fragrans in Wuhan Bioengineering Institute were investigated. [Method] Four Osmanthus fragrans variety groups in Wuhan Bioengineering Institute were investigated in detail from leaf shape index, flower diameter, petiole length, annual spring shoot length, chlorophyll content. [Result] The species of Thunbergii, Odoratus, Aurantiacus have similar biological characteristics, which was different from Semperflorens. [ Conclusion ] The genetic relationship of Thunbergii, Odoratus, Aurantiacus was close, while Semperflorens showed distant relationship from others.
