乳制品物流配送中心选址研究——以辽宁省锦州市为例

以锦州市为例,以乳制品为研究对象,在分析该地区乳制品供求因素的基础上,结合定性和定量的研究方法,应用重心法模型,从宏观上初步确定锦州市乳制品“集货”中心和“疏货”中心的位置,再通过微观分析判断,最后确定乳制品综合物流中心的位置.%With a case study of the dairy products in Jinzhou, the supply and demand of dairy products in this area were analyzed. By using the quantitative and qualitative methods and the gravity model, the location of dairy products collecting and distributing centers were primarily determined from a macro perspective, and finally the location of comprehensive logistics center was determined through a micro analysis.
