苯草醚气相色谱定量分析方法研究

             

摘要

[Objective] The aim was to establish a quantitative analysis of aclonifen by GC. [Method] A method for quantitative analysis of aclonifen by GC with DB-5 capillary column,dieyciohexyl phthalate as internal standard and FID detector was studied. [Result] Under the given chromatographic conditions, the effective component, internal standard and impurities could be separated effectively. The linear regression equation of aclonifen under the given concentrations was y =0. 745 5x -0.023 1 ,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,which suggested a good linear relation. The standard deviation was 0.095; the coefficient of variation was 0.099% ,and the recovery was 99.05% - 100.60% . [ Conclusion ] The method is fast, accurate and simple, and it meets with the requirements of quantitative analysis, so it can be as the quantitative analysis method of aclonifen.%[目的]建立苯草醚的气相色谱分析方法.[方法]采用气相色谱法,使用DB-5毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二环己酯作为内标物,用FID检测器对苯草醚原药进行了定量分析.[结果]在选定的色谱条件下,有效成分、内标物和杂质能得到有效分离,苯草醚在给定浓度范围内的线性回归方程为:y =0.7455x-0.0231,相关系数为0.999 9,线性关系良好;标准偏差为0.095,变异系数为0.099%,回收率为99.05% ~ 100.60%.[结论]该方法快速、准确、操作简便,符合定量分析要求,可作为苯草醚的定量分析方法.
