杂多酸超分子化合物的合成、表征及抑菌性能研究

     

摘要

[Objective ] The research aimed to synthetize heteropolyacid glycin supra molecular compound and discuss its antibacterial activity on the basis of being characterized. [ Method ] Using heteropolyacid with Keggin structure as matrix, glycin was used as external cation to introduce into heteropoly compound and synthetize heteropolyacid glycin supra molecular compound. And its antibacterial effects on Slaphyloccocus aureus and Escherichia coli were studied. [Result]Heteropolyacid supra molecular compound (HGly)4 FeWuCr was successfully synthetized by the methods of liquid phase and solid phase. This supra molecular compound had certain antibacterial effects on both S. aureus and E. coli and its antibacterial effects on E. coli was higher than that on S. aureus. [ Conclusion ] The research could provided basis for expanding the application of polyacid chemistry and developing new bacteriostats.%[目的]合成杂多酸甘氨酸超分子化合物,在进行表征的基础上探讨其抑菌活性.[方法]以Keggin结构杂多酸作为母体,将甘氨酸作为外界阳离子引入杂多化合物当中,合成了杂多酸氨基酸超分子化合物,同时研究其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑制作用.[结果]采用液相和固相的方法成功合成杂多酸超分子化合物(HGly)4FeW11Cr.该超分子化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有一定的抑制作用,其中对大肠杆菌的抑制效果明显高于金黄色葡萄球菌.[结论]该研究为拓宽多酸化学的应用和开发新型抑菌剂提供依据.
