[Objective] To study the characteristics and microscopic identification of Zhuang Folk Medicine Shishanglian. [Method] Microscopic identification of Zhuang Folk Medicine Shishanglian was conducted according to the relevant literatures and crude drug knowledge. [Result] About 18 vascular bundles in Shishanglian rhizome were arranged in a discontinuous nng with different distances. There were calcium oxalate cluster srystals in the rhizome, leaves, petioles and powders. Epidermal cells were relatively great in leaf transverse section; and the upper epidermal cells were bigger than those of lower epidermis. Stomata was ring-type; subsidiary cell had three rings with three cells in each ring. [Conclusion] The characteristics and microscopic identification of Zhuang Folk Medicine Shishanglian were studied, aiming at providing references for the quality control of Zhuang Folk Medicine Shishanglian.%[目的]对壮药石上莲进行性状和显微鉴别研究.[方法]采用生药知识并结合相关文献对壮药石上莲进行性状和显微鉴别.[结果]石上莲根状茎的维管束约18个排成1个间断的环,间距宽疏不等;根状茎、叶柄、叶和粉末均合草酸钙砂晶;叶横切面表皮细胞较大,且下表皮细胞较上表皮的大;气孔环式,副卫细胞3环,每环3个细胞.[结论]该研究对壮药石上莲进行了性状和显微鉴别,可为壮药石上莲质量标准的制定提供依据.
