酸枣根系构型和活力对极端干旱气候的响应规律研究

         

摘要

[ Objective ] To explorer the response of Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa root system to the arid climate- [ Method ] Choosed the Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa which distribute from the east coast to the northwest under natural drought gradient as experimental materials. We studied the root distribution, the root activity and other characteristics of root system in different water gradient. [ Result ] Almost all of the roots were distributed in 0 -80 cm soil layer,the fine roots(d<2 mm) were mainly distributed in 0 -40 cm soil layer. With the increase of the degree of drought, the proportion of fine root that distributed in the deeper soil layer increased gradually. With increase of drought degree, root activities of Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa first increased and then decreased. [Conclusion] Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa root can make adjustments along with the increase of the degree of drought, in order to adapt to the water-deficit environment.%[目的]探索酸枣根系对不同干旱气候的响应规律.[方法]以从东部沿海到西北内陆自然干旱等级梯度下的野生酸枣为试验材料,对不同干旱等级条件下的酸枣根系形态分布特征以及根系活力等进行研究.[结果]垂直方向上,酸枣根系主要分布于0~80cm的土层中,细跟(d<2 mm)主要分布于0~40 cm土层中,随着干旱程度的增加,较深土层中细跟分布比例逐渐增大.从东到西酸枣根系在水平方向的分布变化规律相似,但范围逐渐增大;随着气候干旱程度的增强,酸枣根系活力呈先升高后降低的趋势.[结论]酸枣根系能够随着干旱程度的增加而做出调整,使其能适应缺水的环境.
