二氧化硫胁迫对紫叶矮樱膜脂过氧化和保护酶活性的影响

         

摘要

[目的]为紫叶接樱的栽植和选择提供理论指导.[方法]采用简易静态熏气系统对盆栽苗木进行熏气处理,研究不同浓度SO2对紫叶接樱叶片抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸含量、膜脂过氧化、可溶性蛋白含量、吸硫量和及叶液pH的影响.[结果]随着SO2浓度增加,紫叶矮樱叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性上升,丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量增加,膜透性增大,吸硫量显著增加,叶液pH下降.当SO7浓度超过17.10 mg/m3时,抗氧化酶系统受到了严重破坏.[结论]紫叶矮樱的抗氧化酶系统先是主动防御SO2的毒害,而后随浓度的增加抗氧化酶系统遭到破坏,其活性下降.%[ Objective ] The aim was to provide theoretical guidance for the planting and selection of Primus x cistena ' Pissardii'. [ Methods ] Fumigation treatment for potted seedlings was carried out using simple static fumigation system, and the effect of SO2 with different concentrations on antioxidant enzyme activity, proline content, lipid peroxidation, soluble protein content, sulfur absorption and leaf fluid pH of Prunus x cistena ' Pissardii' was studied. [ Result J With the increase of SO2 concentration, the activities of superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) , peroxidase ( POD), and catalase (CAT) raised, the contents of malundialdehyde (MDA), proline and soluble protein increased, and membrane perme-ahility rose, sulfur absorption increased significantly, pH of leaves dropped. When the concentration of sulfur dioxide exceeded 17.10 mg/m3, the antioxidant enzyme system had been severely damaged. [ Conclusion ] The system of antioxidant enzymes of Prunus x cistena ' Pissardii' firstly defenses the toxicity of-SO2 actively, then with The increase of concentration, the system is damaged, thereby, its activities decrease.
