[ Objective] The aim was to study lipid-soluble chemical constituents in Thymus mongolicus Ronn.. [ Methods] Using column chroma-tography and thin layer chromatography,the initial compounds were isolated from methanol extracts and ethyl acetate extracts in T. Mongolicus, then,the structures of those compounds were identified by modern spectrum techniques,such as 1H-NMR and13C-NMR. [ Result] Four compounds were isolated from methanol extracts and ethyl acetate extracts inT. Mongolicus,such as sesamin(I) ,friedelin(II) ,friedelinol( ID)and β-si-tosteroK IV) ,hereinto,compounds I,II and Ⅲ were first found in the plant. [Conclusion] The method studied lipid-soluble chemical constituents in Thymus mongolicus Ronn. ,which provided theoretical basis for further development and utilization.%[目的]研究百里香中脂溶性化学成分.[方法]利用柱层析和薄层层析从百里香甲醇提取物及乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离初化合物,然后经1H-NMR、13 C-NMR等现代波谱技术鉴定这些化合物的结构.[结果]从百里香甲醇提取物及乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到了4个化合物,分别为芝麻素(Ⅰ)、木栓酮(Ⅱ)、表木栓醇(Ⅲ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ);其中化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ均为首次在百里香植物中被发现.[结论]该方法研究了百里香中脂溶性化学成分,为百里香的进一步开发利用提供了理论依据.
