紫外分光光度法测定槭叶草中总黄酮的含量

         

摘要

[ Objective ] To establish a method for determining the content of total flavonoids in Mukdenia rossii (Oliv. ) Koidz.. [ Method ] By comparison of two color development methods, A1C1, was chosen as the color-developing agent. With the detection wavelength at 270 nm, the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content of total flavonoids in M. Rossii. [ Result ] The mass concentration of total flavonoids in M. Rossii was linearly related to absorbance in the range of 0 to 0.024 mg/ml with the correlation coefficient of 0. 999 8. The content of total flavonoids in M. Rossii was 11.099 mg/g. [ Conclusion ] The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was a simple and fast method with high precision, reproducibility and stability that is fitter to determine the content of total flavonoids in M. Rossii.%[目的]建立槭叶草总黄酮测定方法,并测定槭叶草中总黄酮含量.[方法]通过比较2种显色方法,选定三氯化铝作为显色剂,检测波长为270 nm,采用紫外-可见分光光度法,测定槭叶草中总黄酮的含量.[结果]吸光度与质量浓度线性关系范围为0.000~0.024mg/ml,R=0.999 8;械叶草总黄酮含量为11.099 mg/g.[结论]该方法操作简便快速,具有较好的精密度、重现性和稳定性,适合械叶草中总黄酮的含量测定.
