[目的]为科学利用老瓜头及其内生真菌提供参考.[方法]采用多种色谱分离技术,对老瓜头内生真菌LGT-L4发酵物乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离纯化,并通过核磁共振(NMR)、质谱等波谱方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定.[结果]从老瓜头内生真菌LGT -LA发酵物乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到5个化合物,分别为对羟基苯甲醛、尿嘧啶苷、L-焦谷氨酸、甲基焦谷氨酸和蔗糖.[结论]明确了老瓜头内生真菌LGT-LA代谢产物.%[Objective] The aim was to provide references for using C. Komarovii and its endophytic fungus scientifically. [Methods] Constituents were isolated from ethyl acetate portion of endophytic fungus LGT-L4 leavening from C. Komarovii by modern chromatographic techniques and their structures were determined by physic-chemical evidences and spectroscopic methods such as NMR and mass spectra. [Results] Five known chemical constituents were isolated from ethyl acetate portion of endophytic fungus LGT-L4]eavening from C. Komarovii, identified as parahydroxybenzaldehyde, uridine, L-focal glutamic acid, focal glutamic acid methyl and sucrose. [Conclusion] The metabolites of endophytic fungus LGT-L4 from C. Komarovii were defined.
