[目的]分析SSR分子标记在棉花研究中的应用,展望基于SSR的多色荧光标记检测技术的前景.[方法]通过概述SSR标记的原理、特点及其在棉花研究中的应用,展望了SSR的应用前景.[结果]SSR信息量丰富、揭示多态性高、重复性好、结果可靠,是一种快捷简便的分子标记,在棉花研究中已取得广泛应用.随着科技发展,基于SSR的多色荧光标记检测技术也将得到普遍应用.[结论]更好地了解了SSR标记的特点及其在棉花研究中的应用,为棉花育种等相关研究提供了理论依据和技术指导.%[Objective] The aim was to analyze the application of SSR marker in cotton research, look forward the prospect of multi-color fluorescence labeling detecting techniques based on SSR. [Methods] Through summarizing the principles and characteristics of SSR marker and its application in cotton research, the application prospects of SSR were prospected. [Result] SSR marker has many advantages such as information rich, high polymorphism, reliability and good repeatability, thus, it is a simple and efficient molecular marker, and used widely in cotton research. With the development of technology, multi-color fluorescence labeling detecting techniques based on SSR was used widely. [Conclusion] The characteristics of SSR marker and the application of it in cotton research were better understood, which provided theoretical basis and technical guidance for cotton breeding, etc.
