[目的]为低温纤维素酶的开发利用提供参考.[方法]以纤维弧菌2-3-a为试验材料,对其分泌的纤维素酶的酶学性质进行研究.[结果]该纤维素酶的热稳定性较差,60℃时的半衰期为15 min.酶的最适反应温度为40℃,0℃时残留酶活力为最适反应温度时的60%;最适反应pH值为5.0,属弱酸性纤维素酶.[结论]纤维弧菌2-3-a分泌的纤维素酶属于典型的低温纤维素酶.%[ Objective] The aim was to provide the reference for development and utilization of cold-adapted cellulase. [ Method] Cellvibrio 2-3-a was taken as the tested material, the enzymatic properties of cellulase from it was studied. [ Result ] The thermal stability of the cellulase was poor with half-life of 15 min at 60 t. The optional reactive temperature of the cellulase was 40 t , and its enzyme activity at 0℃ was 60% of that at the optional reactive temperature, its optional reactive pH value was 5.0, so the cellulase was weak acid cellulase. [ Conclusion] The cellulase from cellvibrio 2-3-a was the typical cold-adapted cellulase.
