生物信息学课程“教、学、研”一体化创新教学模式探讨

Bioinformatics is an emerging biological and cross-frontier science. Based on bioinformatic teaching situation from domestic colleges and universities and successful teaching mode from other disciplines, and combined with the characteristics of bioinformatic courses, innovative teaching model of integration of teaching, learning and research was proposed.%生物信息学是生物科学中一门新兴的交叉前沿学科.针对目前国内高校生物信息学教学现状,基于其他学科的成功教学模式,结合生物信息学课程特点,提出“教、学、研”一体化的创新教学模式.
