棕榈油的改性研究进展

摘要

The palm oil composition and characters were reviewed. The modification of palm oil as well as the application in the food industry, daily chemical industry and the power fuel was summarized. The forecast to the palm oil application prospect was conducted. The research indicated the palm oil has the extremely high use value and renew ability, which can make contributions for sustainable development in many fields, producing a series of products of edible blended oil, cream, cleaning products, cosmetics, biodiesel.
