小麦不完善粒构成分析

     

摘要

[目的]了解小麦不完善粒的主要影响因素,分析小麦不完善粒的构成因子,降低小麦生产中不完善粒的比例,筛选不完善粒低的小麦品种资源。[方法]选取安徽省涡阳县陈大镇种植的53个小麦品种(系),估算其不完善粒构成,解析赤霉病粒、黑胚粒和发芽粒的构成比例。[结果]该试验中53个小麦品种(系)的不完善粒范围为2.79%~20.82%,其中不完善粒小于6%的1、2级小麦品种(系)仅15个;不完善粒超过10%的小麦品种(系)有16个。造成不完善粒的赤霉病粒、黑胚粒、生芽粒等均存在明显的基因型间差异。[结论]供试品种(系)中,连麦6号、洛麦23、未来0818、龙科091、连麦2号、百农207、泰农19、皖农09157、皖科06725和皖科121979等品种(系)的不完善粒较低。%Objective] The main factors influencing unsound grain of wheat were studied, the unsound grain composition was analyzed, so as to reduce proportion of unsound grain in wheat production, and screen out wheat varieties with low percentage of unsound grain.[Method] Selecting 53 wheat varieties(lines) cultivated in Chenda Town, Guoyang County, Anhui Province, the unsound grain composition was estimated, the pro-portion of gibberellic disease grain, black embryo grain and sprouted kernels were analyzed.[Result] The range of unsound grain of 53 wheat va-rieties(lines) was 2.79%-20.82%, among which, 1,2 grade wheat cultivars (lines) with less than 6% unsound grains were only 15; more than 10% unsound grains were 16.Gibberellic disease grain, black embryo grain and sprouted kernels existed significant difference between gen-otypes.[Conclusion] Among tested varieties(lines), unsound grain rate of Lianmai 6, Luomai 23, Weilai 0818, Longke 091, Lianmai 2, Bain-ong 207, Tainong 19, Wannong 09157, Wanke 06725 and Wanke 121979 was relatively low.
