[Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical components in wood vinegar from rice husk.[Method] Chemical components were separated and identified by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.[Result] 131 peaks were separated and 97 constituents were identified,which were 93.35% of the total volatile constituents.The main compounds were identified as methyl alcohol (6.68%),acetic acid (26.72%),butanoic acid,anhydride (2.56%),2-propanone,1-hydroxy-(10.11%),2-furanmethanol (2.54%),cyclopropyl carbinol (3.89%),2-furanmethanol (2.15%),1,2-cyclopentanedione,3-methyl-(2.00%),phenol (2.20%),1,2-benzenediol (2.94%),etc.[Conclusion] The study on the chemical components from wood vinegar provided the test basis for the further development and utilization of rice husk resources.%[目的]研究稻壳木醋液有机化合物组成.[方法]利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对稻壳木醋液化学成分进行分离鉴定,色谱峰面积归一化法测定其相对含量.[结果]从稻壳木醋液中分离出131种组分,鉴定出97种化合物,包括甲醇(6.68%)、1-羟基-2-丁酮(2.28%)、乙酸(26.72%)、丁酸酐(2.56%)、1-羟基-2-丙酮(10.11%)、糠醇(2.54%)、环丙基甲醇(3.89%)、苯酚(2.20%)、邻苯二酚(2.94%)等.[结论]研究结果为稻壳资源的深度综合利用提供了参考.
