硫化氢在番茄耐受镉胁迫过程中的作用

     

摘要

[目的]研究硫化氢(H2S)在番茄耐受镉胁迫中的作用.[方法]采用5.0 mmol/L的镉溶液配合H2S和H2S生成抑制剂来处理番茄幼苗,研究H2S在番茄幼苗耐受镉胁迫的过程中对MDA、植物螯合肽编码基因、金属转运蛋白编码基因以及H2S生成基因表达的影响.[结果]镉胁迫促进番茄幼苗根尖细胞的死亡,镉浓度越高,其对番茄幼苗的氧化损伤越大;外源施加H2S会减轻镉胁迫所产生的氧化胁迫;同镉处理组相比,在同时施加H2S的处理组中,植物螯合肽编码基因、金属转运蛋白编码基因以及H2S生成基因的表达上调.[结论]H2S可能通过提高植物螯合肽、金属转运蛋白以及H2S生成酶的表达来减轻重金属对番茄幼苗的损害.%[Objective] To study the function of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in tomato under cadmium stress.[Method] We treated the tomato seedlings with cadmium solution (5.0 mmol/L),H2Sand H2S generated inhibitors,then detected the content of MDA,as well as the expression levels of genes encoding andphytochelatins,metal transporters and the synthase of H2 S.[Result] Cadmium promoted the death of cells in root tips of tomato seedlings,the degree of damage improved as the concentration of cadmium increased.The oxidative stress was alleviated when H2S was applied.The expression of genes encoding andphytochelatins,metal transporters and the synthase of H2S was up-regulated when H2S was added to the treatments.[Conclusion] H2S can enhance the cadmium resistance of tomato seedlings by promoting the expression of andphytochelatins,metal transporters and the synthase of H2S.
