应用型本科高校微生物发酵工程实验教学模式改革的探索与实践

摘要

Free group,independent design,open experimental teaching plays an important role in cultivating students'organizing ability,innova-tive thinking and practical ability.The College of Biology and Pharmaceutical Engineering of West Anhui College was closely integrated with"pro-duction,study and research"in theoretical teaching,experiment and practical teaching,and has achieved gratifying results in"prominent applica-tion"and"special innovation".The teaching team of bioengineering had explored and improved a series of teaching models with the opening of microbial fermentation engineering experiment.It had achieved good results in training students'comprehensive quality and improving students'a-bility to analyze and solve problems.%自由分组、自主设计、开放性实验教学对于培养学生的组织能力、创新思维和实践能力具有重要的作用.皖西学院生物与制药工程学院无论在理论教学还是实验、实践教学方面与"产学研"紧密结合,在"突出应用型"和"特别能创新"方面取得了可喜的成绩.生物工程专业教学团队结合微生物发酵工程实验的开设进行了一系列教学模式的探索和改革,在培养学生的综合素质和提高学生分析问题、解决问题能力方面取得了较好的效果.
